Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
A 5 % administrative fee applies to every refund to cover handling and transaction costs.

- 10 or more days before check-in (by 3 PM local time): 100 % refund
- 3–9 days before check-in: 70 % refund
- 2 days before check-in: 50 % refund
- 1 day before check-in or on day of arrival: 0 % refund
